The General Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC") contain the general terms and conditions for the use of the website operated by Tőzsér-Gör Anikó (Budapest, Attila út 131, Hungary, VAT number: 58797611-1-41) as a service provider ("Service Provider"). Please use our services only if you agree with all of its points and consider them binding for you. This document is not filed, is concluded in electronic form only (it does not constitute a written contract) and does not refer to a code of conduct.

2. Basic provisions:

2.1 Hungarian law shall govern the matters not regulated in these Rules and the interpretation of these Rules, in particular with regard to the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services. The binding provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.

2.2 Effective from 1 August 2022.

2.3 The website and all written and visual content on the website are protected by copyright. Any use of the content without reference to or written permission from the author is a violation of the author's rights.

2.4 The Service Provider shall confirm any registration or order sent via the website within 3 working days at the latest. If the acknowledgement is not received within this period, the problem can be reported to info@harmonisingvibes.hu.

3. Data management rules

The Service Provider shall process the personal data provided on the website in accordance with the applicable international and national legal provisions and in accordance with the data protection information published on the website.

4. Booking an appointment for consultation

By clicking on Book an Appointment, the Client has the possibility to book an appointment online or to request a consultation by sending a message. The Customer will receive a confirmation of the appointment booked on the website or agreed upon with the Service Provider prior to the consultation.

The Customer can only book an appointment by reading and agreeing to the GTC, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer documents.

In the case of online consultations, the Service Provider will send the invoice in electronic form within 1 day of the consultation, which must be paid by the Client within 8 days.

If the invoice is not paid within 8 days, the Service Provider will send a payment notice. Until the invoice has been settled, the Client is not entitled to book a new consultation appointment.

5. Special offers/ discount

The Service Provider may publish special discounts on its website, Facebook page and Instagram page, which are only valid for the given location or appointment.

6. Payment options

The fee for the ordered individual consultations can be paid in person in cash or by bank transfer to the Service Provider's bank account. In both cases, the Service Provider will issue an electronic invoice.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason under the following conditions.

8. Complaints handling

The Customer may send any complaints to aniko.tozsergor@gmail.com . The Service Provider is obliged to investigate the complaints received within 8 days and to inform the Customer by e-mail of the measures taken.
